High-Converting
Landing Pages

Stop sending paid traffic to your homepage. Learn the anatomy of a service-specific landing page that turns visitors into booked appointments.

The biggest mistake I see Greenville service businesses make is running Google Ads or Facebook traffic directly to their homepage. A homepage is a directory. A landing page is a sales closing machine.

1. The Homepage "Leaky Bucket"

Your homepage has a navigation bar with 5-7 links (About, Services, Blog, Contact). Each link is an "exit ramp" for your potential customer. When you pay for a click, you don't want them exploring your blog; you want them to book a job.

A dedicated landing page removes these distractions. It focuses on one service, one location, and one specific pain point.

2. The "One Goal" Rule

Every high-converting page must have a single objective. For a plumber, it's "Call Now" or "Schedule Online." For a roofer, it's "Get a Free Inspection."

If you ask a user to "Follow us on Facebook" AND "Read our Blog" AND "Call us," they will likely do none of them. Analysis paralysis kills conversions.

3. Anatomy of a Perfect Landing Page

Here is the structure we use for our top-performing client pages:

  • The Headline: Matches the ad they clicked perfectly. If they clicked "Emergency Plumber Greenville," the headline must say "Emergency Plumber in Greenville."
  • The Hero Shot: A high-quality photo of a real human (you or your team) doing the work. No stock photos.
  • The Value Stack: 3-4 bullet points explaining why you. (e.g., "Arrives in 60 mins," "Upfront Pricing," "Licensed & Insured").
  • The Sticky CTA: A "Call Now" button that follows them as they scroll (especially on mobile).

4. Trust Stacking

People in the Upstate buy from people they trust. You need to stack social proof immediately below the hero section.

"Don't just say you're the best. Prove it. Show your Google Review count, your BBB rating, and photos of your branded trucks in recognizable local neighborhoods."

Embed a live feed of your most recent 5-star reviews. Seeing a review from "2 days ago" is infinitely more powerful than a static testimonial from 2019.

5. Mobile-First Experience

80% of local service searches happen on a phone. If your "Call Now" button isn't easily clickable with a thumb, you are losing money.

We design for the "Thumb Zone." Buttons should be large, text should be legible without zooming, and forms should be short (Name, Phone, Address - that's it).
